Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom products can take longer due to curing times required for Soy Wax. During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend due to higher volumes.
Shipping Methods and Costs: Shipping is available throughout the continental United States. We use USPS and UPS for our deliveries. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
Delivery Times: Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors like carrier delays.
Heat Sensitive Orders: As our candles are made from natural wax without stabilizers, we take special precautions during hot weather. Orders might be shipped with ice packs or may have shipping delayed on extremely hot days to prevent damage.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Incorrect Address Policy: It is the customers responsibility to check addresses before placing an order. If an invoice is sent to you, it is still your responsibility to check shipping/billing address. Please CONFIRM when an invoice is sent to you that the address on it is CORRECT. If you accidentally submit an order or invoice with an incorrect address and the package is returned/rejected, then we will send a pay link for re-shipment. If you do not pay the re-shipment cost then your order will be cancelled minus the original shipping fee.
