Refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective product. It is up to my discretion what I consider defective.   

In the event that your are dissatisfied with your items, kindly inform me within 2 days of receiving your items, so that we can work together to achieve a solution.

Additionally, please ensure that the products remain unused and unopened, I reserve the right to request return of product or a sample for inspection prior to issuing a refund for damaged or defective product.
